Our base prices for songwriting services are listed below:
R&B, Neo-Soul, Gospel, and Pop
Hook/Chorus-$75
Full song (two verses, hook/chorus, and bridge)-$250
Hip-Hop/Rap
Hook/Chorus-$75
Full song (two 16-bar or three 12-bar verses, hook/chorus, and bridge if applicable)-$200
For all genres:
Each songwriter will retain actual ownership of each song written. The client may use the song in any way he or she desires but must give credit to the songwriter(s) on any released or published copies of the recorded song and also on the registered copyright (if applicable). The client will still be eligible to collect royalties for the performance and broadcast of the song (ASCAP, BMI, etc) as well as revenue from the sale of the song.
Rough reference tracks (the writer records him/herself performing the song) will be included at no extra charge.
